    Position summary

    use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.

    • Facilitate smooth communication between senior management and coworkers, as well as external parties such as media, customers, vendors, and the public.

    • Maintain the security and confidentiality of management records and files.

    • Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure office activities are conducted within established budgets.

    • Prepare documents and presentation materials, screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.

    • Draft letters and official information releases; arrange and attend meetings; take and distribute minutes.

    • Act as a formal resource for colleagues with less experience.

    • Complete other tasks for senior management as required.

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications are a plus.

    • Experience: Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
