RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Operational Planning and Execution : Capability to set site-specific targets and objectives, manage planning actions, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Training and Support Leadership : Proficiency in developing and delivering training, internal communications, and support content that is current, compliant, and accessible.
Regulatory and Legal Interface : Confidence in representing the organization with external regulatory bodies, supported by legal counsel, to manage compliance and uphold Cummins' standards.
Performance and Data Analysis : Ability to evaluate HSE data, audit findings, and compliance metrics to build tactical improvement plans and drive measurable performance gains.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental required. Professional certification in HSE-related field preferred.
Experience:
Significant relevant experience required, including management of health, safety and/or environmental ISO Standards required. 5-7 years of experience, 1-2 years management experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Lead plant ICare Program
Support the development and implementation of plant ergonomic initiatives.
Develop and initiate plant safety culture improvements.
Provide guidance and support to plant engineering projects.
Leading the site's Health Safety & Environmental Management System
Collaborating with the site's leadership team to develop the site's HSE continuous improvement plan
