    • Participate in environmental management activities and support health, safety, environmental, and wellness initiatives.

    • Quality Assurance and Documentation:

    • Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.

    • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

    • Identify and control non-conforming material to maintain quality standards.

    • Team Collaboration and Development:

    • Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.

    • Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.

    • Actively participate in initiatives to improve quality, safety, process efficiency, material flow, and employee development.

    • Health, Safety and Environment Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis: Conducts evidence-based investigations with accurate root cause analysis, ensuring effective corrective actions and accurate reporting.

    • Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems: Applies international standards to achieve and maintain effective management systems and external certification.

    • Risk Assessment: Evaluates hazards using hazard identification and risk assessment techniques to implement control measures that minimize risks.

    Qualifications and Education:

    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations.

    • College, University, or equivalent degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, or Sustainability is preferred.

    • MSc in Environment with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.

    • A post-diploma or certification in Environment from a reputed University is an added advantage.

    Experience Required:

    • Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

    • Proven experience in HSE operations, including the operation and maintenance of ETP and STP systems.

    • Experience in environmental compliance and management systems is preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Skills Required:

    • Technical Skills:

    • Good experience and knowledge of the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).

    • Familiarity with various types of environmental legal and other compliances.

    • Competency in computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.

    • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Effective communication skills for creating HSE awareness and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and participate in employee engagement initiatives.

    • Problem Solving and Decision Making:

    • Analytical skills to support incident investigation and root cause analysis.

    • Ability to assess hazards and prioritize risks to implement effective control measures.

    • Flexibility and Adaptability:

    • Willingness to work in the second shift and, if required, in the third shift to meet business needs.

    • Adaptability to participate in various environmental management activities and compliance initiatives.
