We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join our ABO team in Mexico.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Managing, developing, and implementing project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.
• Leading multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; working with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designing project plan, developing timeline, identifying project milestones, and tracking performance against performance goals and timeline.
• Identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
• Monitoring and communicating project status to project team.
• Planning and monitoring project budget, conducting research and analysis; providing input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
• Managing project risk; use quality tools to identify areas of risk; work with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.
• Documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams; draw on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.
• Maintaining project notes, databases, and other records; monitoring measures and communicating with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignments.
• Identifying and assigning appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guide and coach team members through various stages of the project; providing developmental feedback to team members.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• 4 years of experience in a project management role for IT solutions project.
• Proficiency in English.
• Thorough understanding of PMBOK standards and guidelines (PMP certification is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of software development and implementation life cycle.
• Experience with Oracle supply chain modules or Supply Chain-focused applications.
• Good communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
