Your tasks

• You will assist the accounts payable team with basic tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

• You perform activities under moderate supervision.

• You will process supplier invoices mainly linked to purchase orders.

• You prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.

• You answer basic vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.

• You prepare analysis of accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.

• You assist in month end closing.

• You participate in projects related to Accounts Payable improvement and perform other duties as assigned.

Your profile

• You have previous experience and a degree in accounting.

• You work well independent, but you are also a real team player.

• You have a problem-solving mentality and are not afraid of challenges.

• You are patient and customer oriented.

• You have strong communicative skills and speak fluent in English.
