We are looking for a talented LEAN MANUFACTURING COORDINATOR to join our specialized INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING team for our XPJ OPERATIONS in Ciudad Juárez, CHIHUAHUA., MEXICO.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

  • Designs, improves, and installs integrated manufacturing or administrative systems that use people, materials, information, equipment, and energy.
  • Movement expert, Studies: Times and movements) Leads standard work methods for new and current production lines.
  • Knowledge, security, industrial dedicated to the industrial, layout, waste, waste disposal; continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes. (PFMA, Control Plans, Engineering Changes)
  • Maintains the application of standards and develops manufacturing standards. (OPEX, COS)
  • Maintains relationships and trains key stakeholders. (LEAN tools, associated technicians and operators, Training and process cleaning)

To be successful in this position, you will need the following:

  • Industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of Opex, Six Sigma, COS
  • Experience in personnel management (30 people)
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of PFMA, PCP's Knowledge of layout, times and movements, implementation of engineering changes.
  • Continuous improvement tools (kaizen, A3, FTA, Standard Work, waste removal)
  • English Conversational Advanced Level
