    Position summary

    Education, Licenses, Certifications

    College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience

    Significant experience working as a software engineer with the following knowledge and experiences is highly preferred:

    • Working in Agile environments;
    • Fundamental IT technical skill sets;
    • Taking a system from coping requirements through actual launch of the system;
    • Communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines;
    • Professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.

    Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform

    Hands-on experience and implementation of business process workflows and logic using Microsoft Power Automate

    Implemented systems and data integration using the various Power Platform connectors like Oracle connector, Office 365 connector, Common Data Services connector and Sharepoint connector

    Large scale database design using Dataverse , PowerApps Data Flows and Data Connectors

    Demonstrated skill in developing enterprise-wide applications using Canvas, Model-Driven and Portal technologies in Power Platform that is responsive to various devices

    Desirable- Understanding of Azure Cloud Services, Power Platform ALM, Power Platform integration with Azure

    Design and develop Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint Online solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, SPFx.

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

    Own deliverables across the automation journey to ensure the automation use cases and scenarios are properly documented & analyzed work with multiple stakeholders for prioritization. Tracking of requirements Develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps to meet business needs. Create and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions. Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance to team members.

    Own product roadmaps, create & manage project plans, call out risks & issues proactively, report progress against the plan & track associated project benefits Ability to wear multiple hats including but not limited to Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tester & Business User

    Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the digital solutions and create reports on impact of the automation.

    Manage the team members by managing their tasks, guidance, and mentoring them.

    Required Qualifications:

    Minimum 8-10 years of experience with software development using Microsoft Power Platform, M365 services like SharePoint Online, MS Teams development.

    Expertise in developing and deploying Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, SharePoint Online.

    Minimum of 3-4 years designing solutions using M365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online.

    Expertise using SPFx, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, APIs, HTML and CSS.

    Experience in developing solution for the MS Teams customization

    Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational capabilities, ability to take ownership & effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.

    Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across all levels.

    Ability to handle pressure, effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks with high level of accuracy.

    In-depth knowledge of Power infrastructure, Framework and Life Cycle.
