    Education, Licenses, Certifications

    • A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor's degree or higher, required.
    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience

    • Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory and leadership experience, required.
    • Coordinate outside service contracts and service personnel.
    • Prepare capital appropriation request as required.
    • Maintain a long-term preventative maintenance program for all facility equipment.
    • Responsible for the facilities adherence to local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
    • Develop energy controls, plan energy availability, and maintain an energy conservation program.
    • Support and participate in the continuous improvement program through employee involvement and empowerment.

    Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
