Contributing to downtime analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Scheduling maintenance work around production requirements to reduce constraints.
Sharing knowledge, completing clear reports, and supporting effective shift and team performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Proven maintenance and fault-finding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong safety awareness, particularly around electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems.
Clear communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across shifts and support teams.
A proactive and flexible approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Education/Experience:
Significant relevant work experience or specialist skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job learning.
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship is advantageous.
