    Position summary

    ement** : Identifying opportunities for improvement in capital, daily operations, and organizational structure will drive innovation and efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    • College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    • Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory and leadership experience, required.

    Additional Information/Responsibilities:

    • This position will be on site

    • Lead a team of 14 total manufacturing and controls engineers

    • Manage capital expenditure for the manufacturing site

    • Lead the engineering team to deeper integration into Cummins as part of our acquisition journey

    • Manage the transition to EPA 2027 product launch

    • Think strategically to outline and enact line performance improvement projects
