About the role:
You’ll be based at our well-established and high performing Wetherill Park Branch, taking full responsibility for the rail and power generation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strategic customer relationships with high profile customers
- Identify and create new and existing business opportunities
- Consistently model correct safety behaviours and foster a safety culture
- Proactively coach and develop team leaders and service technicians
- Drive operational efficiencies and leadership
If you have some of the following, we'd love to hear from you:
- Proven experience leading a similar type of function in a similar industry
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven key account management experience
- Industry relevant qualification
- A strong safety focus
- Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Rail, Power Generation and/or Technical trade experience is advantageous
Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. Superannuation. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Salary continuance insurance.
