    PFR Finance Analyst

    In this role you will have the opportunity to take the responsibilities for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports and supports the annual budget processes, expenses and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting.

    About the role:

    Working in close collaboration with the different organizational units and stakeholder in the company on a Global level, you will be preparing and consolidates financial data statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. You will also be:

    • Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for department / BU management;
    • Prepares analyses, reports, and special studies for management;
    • Analyses of financial data and provide forecasting support for the management;
    • Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis;
    • Business partnering with the different teams / stakeholders in order to provide full financial analysis support;
    • Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts;
    • Coaches or leads less-experienced Financial Analysts.

    About you:

    You will ideally have financial analysis and financial reporting experience within an international environment, however if you enjoy and can evidence a high level of attention to detail, resiliency, and strong communication skills along with analytical mindset and interest in financial domain, we’d love to hear from you. Here are some of the other skills and competencies we’d like you to have:

    • BA degree in in in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
    • MA and (or) MBA degree in the Finance, Accounting or related discipline is a plus;
    • Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred;
    • Extended professional experience in financial analysis, planning and forecasting domain within the industry
    • Experience in Big 4 companies is a plus;
    • Experience in establishing the strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders;
    • Experience in working with Excel on the advanced level (Power BI is a plus);
    • Fluency in English, as this is our main business language, along with any other languages.
