    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Working towards a BEng or MEng Degree in a technical space (Mechanical Engineering, Motorsports Engineering Etc.)

    • Confident in working in both as an individual and in team environments

    • Assured communicator with confidence in interacting across various levels of management

    • Self Driven with a keen key for eye for quality and setting high standards

    • Experience Working in / leading Teams either through education or work

    • A basic knowledge of diesel engine fundamentals and practical hands on experience (in this field or another)

    • Knowledge of Power BI, also working with support of AI is a plus.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Supporting The Test Cell Operations Manager and Pre-test Team Leader with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects

    • Investigating and solving issues in order for the department to meet it's right first time and Productivity Targets
