    We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Student specializing in Supply Chain or Data Analytics to join our Transportation team for our Logistics Centres in Daventry and Kent (although can be based anywhere in the UK due to the home working nature of the role). During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    ·       Involvement and support in all Major Cross Business Unit projects

    ·       Ensuring data integrity of all analytics and reports

    ·       Development of reporting capabilities for supply chain KPIs

    ·       Analysis and interpretation of KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans 

    ·       Measurement of carrier performance through the use of KPIs and assessment scorecards

    ·       Development of Supply Chain Analytics to make operational performance and trends visible

    To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

    ·       Working towards a degree in Supply Chain or Data/Statistics related area 

    ·       Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI advantageous)

    ·       Ability to interpret data, solve problems and think innovatively 

    ·       Good team player and able to manage workload effectively
