    Position summary

    manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, ensuring they meet required characteristics and dimensions.

    • Achieve production goals and work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.

    • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, perform routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks, and execute planned operator care and maintenance.

    • Manage bottleneck machines, improve skill levels, and participate in preventive and process maintenance.

    • Teamwork & Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with the assigned team and support teams.

    • Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.

    • Participate actively in initiatives to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

    • Remain flexible, perform miscellaneous duties as required, and support other lines/functions as needed.

    Education : Diploma in any branch of Engineering

    Experience : Industry working experience 2 to 8 years.

    Operate machine and deliver qualitative output as per cycle time.

    Ready to work in all three shifts.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Technical Skills:

    • Ability to operate machines and deliver quality output as per cycle time.

    • Experience in maintaining 5S and cleanliness of machinery and surrounding areas.

    • Proficient in participating in continuous improvement processes such as FIFI, Q-Pro, and Kaizen.

    • Capability to manage bottleneck machines without breaks and improve machine RFT (Right First Time) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) by addressing losses and rejections.

    • Experience with both domestic and export processes, including packing and shipping applications.
