Production Team Associate - 3rd Shift (Machining) - Seymour Engine Plant (SEP)

We are looking for a talented Blockline – Machining Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our SEP facility in Seymour, IN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Follows process documentation to perform quality checks using gages and other measuring devices; expedites and manages tool change processes; monitors tool usage per operations.
• Participates as team members to operate and manage machining to meet the safety, quality and production goals and acts as an active member of the team and takes on team representative role responsibilities.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks that are defined as part of the production work.
• Uses material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections, and forklifts to move parts and skids.
• Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
• Completes work with minimal supervision.
• Operation of large CNC Makino, Ingersoll and A100 machine cells, as well as, transporter systems, hydromation systems and wash tanks.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• You must be able to work 2nd shift
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass Preemployment screening
• Earn 17.75 amount per hour plus Shift Differential 1.50
