    We are looking for a talented IT Project Change Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of an upcoming SAP implementation.  International travel will be required multiple times per year along with flexible working hours due to stakeholder engagement across multiple time zones.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

    • Manage, develop, and implement project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. 
    • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.
    • Lead multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against performance goals and timeline.
    • Identify, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
    • Monitor and communicate project status to project team.
    • Plan and monitors project budget, conduct research and analysis; provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines
    • Manage project risk
    • Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks

    To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

    • Change management experience 
    • Multi-functional SAP Project Implementation experience. 
    • Hands-on experience in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations. Preferably S/4HANA project implementations. 
    • Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills with the ability to influence people at different levels across the organization 
    • Strong commercial awareness skills with a strong process and risk mitigation orientation
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
    • Project management qualifications/certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP
