    • Material Disposition: Ensure project material disposition plans are in place and coordinate with engineering and finance teams for NFA and P.O availability before project closure.

    • Change Implementation: Lead the implementation of changes (new/existing products) and execute proto trials smoothly (resourcing, improvement, FFM3.O, etc.).

    • Resource Utilization: Effectively utilize resources available for projects at PHP.

    • Manufacturing Strategy: Define manufacturing strategy for new product introductions at PHP.

    • Procurement and Commissioning: Procure, install, commission, and handover manufacturing processes and equipment for new products.

    • Project Schedule Management: Manage the planned schedule using recommended schedule management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.

    • Project Scope Management: Manage a list of project deliverables (scope) using recommended project management tools and processes to ensure the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: College, university, or equivalent degree required.

    • Licenses/Certifications: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
