Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of Power Generation infrastructure, power solutions, and industry regulations is a plus.
