    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    • College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. Prior experience in a technical role is preferred.

    Additional Information/Responsibilities:

    We are looking for a talented Senior Commissioning Engineer - Power Generation to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment. Resides in South / Southeastern United States, Dallas, TX area preferred. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Develop work plans and provide on-site commissioning leadership for large scale complex power generation paralleling and high voltage system projects

    • Review complex project specifications and technical information

    • Provide technical support to Technicians, Commissioning Engineers, and Sales Teams

    • Understand customer requirements and work to satisfy requirements

    • Engage appropriate organization resources to accomplish commissioning objectives and technical issues resolution

    Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years on-site work experience in the power generation industry

    • 5+ years of experience in Power Gen and paralleling is a MUST

    • Paralleling Switchgear Systems troubleshooting experience

    • Communication - organize and lead calls/meetings, effectively communicate verbally and via various technology based means

    • Formal Education is optional

    Preferred:

    • Electronics, data network, and/or PLC experience
