Assist with preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities within capability.
Repair and maintain robotic and manufacturing equipment under supervision.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
Continuous Improvement & Teamwork
Work with peers and support teams to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.
Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities.
Actively engage with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve safety, quality, process efficiency, material flow, and employee development.
Communicate effectively with assigned teams and support functions.
Complete training and personal development aligned with business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in robot teaching and programming is preferred.
Exposure to robotic welding systems, preferably Yaskawa and ABB robots.
Basic understanding of GD&T, fixtures, robot functionality, and manufacturing documentation.
Education, Licenses & Certifications
This position may require licensing or authorization for compliance with export control or sanctions regulations.

Foundational knowledge of robotic welding and robot programming concepts.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic safety controls.
Strong learning orientation with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Effective teamwork and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
Experience
Minimal or no prior work experience required as this is a training/apprentice role.
