Position summary
We are looking for a talented Supply chain planner to join our team at our new plant in Guadalajara.
Initially this role will be based out of our offices in San Fernando de Henares, where you will need to be on site 2-3 days per week. Once the plant has opened this role will move to 4 – 5 days on site in Guadalajara.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Take ownership of the master production schedule, align customer orders with manufacturing capabilities and capacity
- Work cross functionally with other business units, acting as a point of contact to provide updates and progress reports
- Lead inventory KPI reporting, ensuring timely & accurate completion
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to share forecasts and place schedules in line with demand
- Support process improvement initiatives, to ensure more successful and timely delivery
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Practical experience within a fast-paced supply chain or Procurement function
- An understanding of Manufacturing or engineering production
- Degree educated, in either a STEM or Business focused subject
- Practical understanding of ERP systems
- Fluent in both English & Spanish
