Jouw taken

• Je leidt een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de Cell Stack en/of de PEM Stack afdeling. Je coördineert hierbij de activiteiten om te voldoen aan vastgestelde productiespecificaties en -schema's.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk op het toezien van de te behalen KPI`s.

• Je bent de eerste hulp bij storingen in de apparatuur, tekorten aan onderdelen, kwaliteitsproblemen en veiligheidskwesties.

• Je werkt nauw samen met de supervisors.

• Je coördineert en communiceert activiteiten tussen ploegen en teamleiders, afdelingen van klanten en leveranciers en andere ondersteunende functies.

• Je assisteert het management bij het organiseren en coördineren van personeels- en overwerkbehoeften om productie- en leveringsschema's te halen.

• Je neemt actief deel aan manieren om de kwaliteit, veiligheid, processen, materiaalstroom en de ontwikkeling van werknemers te verbeteren, zodat een team ontstaat dat gericht is op voortdurende verbetering.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt relevante werkervaring of vaardigheden verkregen door opleiding, training of on-the-job ervaring.
• Je ben positief ingesteld en weet prioriteiten te stellen. 
• Je bent communicatief sterk en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en in het Nederlands.
• Je bent resultaatgericht en weet een team te motiveren om doelen te bereiken.

Your tasks

• You will lead a team responsible for the Cell Stack and/or PEM Stack department. In doing so, you coordinate activities to meet established production specifications and schedules.
• You are responsible for overseeing the KPI`s to be achieved.
• You are the first responder to equipment failures, parts shortages, quality problems and safety issues.
• You work closely with the supervisors.
• You coordinate and communicate activities between shifts and team leaders, customer and supplier departments and other support functions.
• You assist management in organizing and coordinating personnel and overtime needs to meet production and delivery schedules.
• You actively participate in ways to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow and employee development to create a team focused on continuous improvement.

Your profile

• You have relevant work experience or skills acquired through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• You have a positive attitude and know how to set priorities. 
• You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch.
• You are results-oriented and know how to motivate a team to achieve goals.
