Team Leader Mechanical Assembly (Onsite)

Jouw taken

• Je coördineert de activiteiten van een groep mechaniekers om te voldoen aan vastgestelde productiespecificaties en -schema's.
• Je werkt nauw samen met de supervisors.
• Je volgt alle toepasselijke standaardwerkzaamheden, procesdocumentatie en kwaliteitsprocedures en stelt kwaliteitsproblemen aan de orde om kosten en blootstelling te minimaliseren.
• Je bent de eerste hulp bij storingen in de apparatuur, tekorten aan onderdelen, kwaliteitsproblemen en veiligheidskwesties.
• Je assisteert het management bij het organiseren en coördineren van personeels- en overwerkbehoeften om productie- en leveringsschema's te halen.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat on the job training en andere trainingsvereisten worden gepland, voltooid en gedocumenteerd. Coacht en begeleidt minder ervaren teamleden.
• Neemt actief deel aan manieren om de kwaliteit, veiligheid, processen, materiaalstroom en de ontwikkeling van werknemers te verbeteren, zodat een team ontstaat dat gericht is op voortdurende verbetering.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt relevante werkervaring of vaardigheden verkregen door opleiding, training of on-the-job ervaring.
• Je ben positief ingesteld en weet prioriteiten te stellen. 
• Je bent communicatief sterk en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en in het Nederlands.
• Je bent resultaatgericht en weet een team te motiveren om doelen te bereiken.

Your tasks

• You coordinate the activities of a group of mechanical workers to meet established production specifications and schedules.
• You work closely with supervisors.
• You follow all applicable standard operating procedures, process documentation and quality procedures and address quality issues to minimize cost and exposure.
• You are the first responder to equipment malfunctions, parts shortages, quality problems and safety issues.
• You assist management in organizing and coordinating personnel and overtime requirements to meet production and delivery schedules.
• You ensure that on the job training and other training requirements are planned, completed and documented. Coaches and mentors less experienced team members.
• Actively participates in ways to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow and employee development to create a team focused on continuous improvement.

Your profile

• You have relevant work experience or skills acquired through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• You have a positive attitude and know how to set priorities. 
• You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch.
• You are results-oriented and know how to motivate a team to achieve goals.
