Ensure full compliance with SOX, trade regulations, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in transportation operations.
Act as the main escalation point for transportation-related issues, resolving operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and actively participate in key meetings to align on priorities and expectations.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and implementing actions to improve performance.
Identify, initiate, and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize transportation processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Must have excellent attention to detail, quality control is critical.
Good computer background with a solid understanding of word and excel.
Previous Domestic / International Transportation experience.
Good Communication / Collaborative approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
