Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Applies functional knowledge to advanced analytical methods, such as predictive modeling and prescriptive analytics, to forecast future outcomes, identify trends, or simulate scenarios.
Carries out practical application of statistical and analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from data.
Conducts data validation, quality checks, and reconciliations to identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies.
Designs basic data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex information and facilitate decision-making.
Ensures compliance with data protection policies and maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Translates business questions into analytical tasks, delivers insights, and provides guidance and support on data-driven decision-making.
Advises on less complex process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytical services.
Stays updated on the latest analytical techniques, tools, and industry best practices, in order to help promote team skills development and experience.
Assists newer team members with best practices to apply against established work area policies and procedures.

Education:

Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
