    Position summary

    budget preparation, strategic planning and expense control in areas assigned. You will also assist management with meetings with key payers to discuss reimbursement issues and payer publication notices affecting claims processing changes.In addition, the Accounts Receivable Manager will:• Review accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and submit adjustment requests as defined by departmental policies and procedures for upper management approval.

    • Maintain productivity and quality standards of all PFS functions.
    • Maintain compliance with government reimbursement programs.
    • Comply with and adhere to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures.
    • Develop plans to meet monthly performance targets set by CVS Coram leadership.

    5+ years of related Revenue Cycle experience within patient financial services.

    3+ years of MS Office suite experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    3+ years of management/supervisory experience within healthcare reimbursement or third party insurance/billing.
    Preferred candidates will have experience in home healthcare and have a certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) or have a certified revenue cycle representative certification.

    The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
