You will also assist management with meetings with key payers to discuss reimbursement issues and payer publication notices affecting claims processing changes.In addition, the Accounts Receivable Manager will:• Review accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and submit adjustment requests as defined by departmental policies and procedures for upper management approval.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards of all PFS functions.
• Maintain compliance with government reimbursement programs.
• Comply with and adhere to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures.
• Develop plans to meet monthly performance targets set by CVS Coram leadership.

5+ years of related Revenue Cycle experience within patient financial services.

3+ years of MS Office suite experience.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of management/supervisory experience within healthcare reimbursement or third party insurance/billing.
Preferred candidates will have experience in home healthcare and have a certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) or have a certified revenue cycle representative certification.

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
