Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in behavioral health, social services, or a human services field
2+ years of case management experience
Must reside in Washington County IL (Cities include Stillwater, Woodbury, Forest Lake, Oakdale, Lake Elmo, Cottage Grove, Afton, Bayport, Scandia, Hugo, Mahtomedi, Dellwood, Marine on Saint Croix, Lakeland, Newport, Birchwood Village, St. Paul Park, Grant, Oak Park Heights, Willernie, Lake St. Croix Beach, and Pine Springs IL)
Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of the time in Washington County, IL and surrounding areas. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
