n our book of business for clinical compliance related issues, clinical formulary changes, appeal level determination, pharmacy client spend analysis, and company level clinical education for our clients. The Clinical Pharmacist will be a direct advocate for the Meritain team for any clinical issues that need to be triaged, escalated or resolved, and will deliver robust clinical education to our members to help protect them in their health care journey. Keeping the member health at the heart of what we do, the Clinical Pharmacist will also work with the MPS CARE team in efforts to research cost-reduction on high-dollar medications when clinically appropriate to do so. Required Qualifications
PharmD
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in state of residence
3+ years demonstrated experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in managed care (PBM) space, with a focus on complex member management
1+ years Specialty Pharmacy pharmacist experience
Proven leadership experience
Demonstrated understanding of formulary and utilization management.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% as needed to meet client needsPreferred Qualifications
Manufacturer Assistance experience (coupons / Patient Assistance Programs)
Client-facing experience
Project management experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$106,200.00 - $225,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
