exception queues, and the application of remittance to open deposits within the Third-Party Management System, (TPMS). The Associate monitors open deposit exceptions and contacts remittance processors to resolve issues associated with missing remittance files. This function supports the Cash Application team goal of timely and accurate application of remittance files to deposits to maintain the lowest possible amount of unapplied cash. The associate is also responsible for researching and identifying unknown deposits received by Third Party and recommending updates to the broader team as well as others in the department, (i.e., Pharmacy Account Management and Production Support).The Cash Application Associate will report Sr. Manager of Cash Application. The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
