be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, gathering, and organizing patient information, and ensuring patient documentation is up to date in our electronica database. At Coram, we believe that Customer Service Pharmacy Support are a key part of maintaining constant communication between our branch team members and clients; therefore, creating a positive experience for our patients.As a Customer Service Pharmacy Support, you will:
Assist with maintenance of patient files, Sort and file Physician Orders and all clinical documentation.
Assist with following up with doctor's office to get renewal orders and clinicals
Manage fax que and triage them as well as upload in epic
Provide administrative support to the specialty team - typing/faxing/tracking physician's orders, discharging patient from service, filling of paperwork in the correct sections of medication.
Call patient to confirm delivery of coordinating with internal team members, documenting discussion in progress notes, rescheduling patient for subsequent deliveries.
Track patient pumps - swapping out when pump is due for PM and retrieving pumps when patient discharges from services.
Assist with Lab tracking and lab trending on daily basis
Take active role in record retrieval process
Typical work hours for this position are Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm with 1 hour lunch, with an opportunity for over-time based on business need.

Required Qualifications
Minimum one-year customer service experience.
• Minimum one-year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
• Experience in home health and/or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of medical terminology

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
