• Collects and validates financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Develops basic financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of business decisions, new initiatives, and pricing opportunities.

• Conducts research and analysis to benchmark the organization's financial performance against industry peers.

• Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.

• Leverages technology and data to improve healthcare outcomes by designing, implementing, and maintaining health information systems, analyzing healthcare data, and utilizing technology to support clinical workflows and decision-making.

• Applies expertise in healthcare and information technology to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and enhance the delivery of Dental care services.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience in an analytical role.

• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and pricing models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental office background and familiarity with fee schedules.

• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

• Experience working with finance, actuarial, and underwriting departments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
