    The Director of Lease Administration is responsible for the effective leadership of Lease Administration services for the enterprise reporting into the Vice President of Real Estate. Ongoing evaluation of department needs and identification of operational efficiencies. Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to accomplish shared goals for the current and future enterprise needs. Ensure proper policies and procedures are in place and are being utilized in management of the portfolio. Minimize enterprise risk by ensuring service delivery of all responsibilities are being met and adhered to including compliance with Sox and audit guidelines.

    You will accomplish this by:

    • Oversees the Lease Administration department services provided for the enterprise. To include execution of lease abstraction, critical date process execution such as renewals, extensions, terminations etc., reporting and collection of tenant improvement/construction allowances, vendor creation and management of lease contacts, document execution, Tririga database management of leases, document management and access, escalated property matter support, new initiative support, negotiating and settlements relating to closing conditions and other services currently offered.

    • Ongoing review, implementation and documentation required for compliance requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley, internal audit and policy and procedures for critical services provided. This includes a regular review of existing requirements, current and anticipated changes, implementing required changes and ensuring the team and other impacted internal partners are aligned with necessary process changes for adherence.

    • Establish strategic relationships with internal partners to support Enterprise initiatives.

    • Provide financial budgetary guidance as it relates to department systems and projects.

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in lease administration, legal or related role.

    • Prior experience managing a team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Organizational Savvy and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build constructive and effective relationships.

    • Strong business acumen and strategic vision to be able to evaluate department needs, internal workflows and business processes.

    • Executive Presence and Communication: Ability to deliver communications and presentations to Senior Leadership team.

    • Expert level of knowledge in the Lease Administration field to include experience with CRM's and/or other lease management systems.

    • Ability to lead multiple workstreams and/or high-visibility projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to adjust to competing demands and changing priorities


    • Bachelor's degree in Lease Administration, Legal or related role preferred. Associates Degree required

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $100,000.00 - $231,500.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
