erations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
-Ensure training and effective use of Witron system.
-Plan, organize, schedule, forecast, and coordinate work in order to meet production schedules and operational goals in assigned areas.
-Review/analyze production, quality, and other operational reports, initiating changes, as needed, to ensure a high level of service to store operations.
-Develop and implement plans, procedures, programs, and strategies to enhance performance, service level, and cost-per-piece.
-Prepare departmental budget and control expenditures against approved budget (if applicable).
-Administer policies/procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
-Professionally address issues with employees utilizing the proper resources.
-Develop an accountable supervisory staff with an emphasis on teambuilding, communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relations management.
-Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and equipment.
-Promote and reinforce safety and security awareness and compliance among the supervisory staff and hourly employee groups.
-Achieve key Measures decided upon by DC Management.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by Director
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd shift role. Must be available to work 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 2:00pmCST-11:00pmCST, with additional flexibility during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications :
-5+ years of prior management experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Labor Management System (LMS) experience
1+ years of warehouse management system (WMS) experience.
-Understand English (read, write, and understand).
-Demonstrated leadership abilities.
-Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
-Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.
-Ability to complete assignments within established timelines.
-Ability to work under general supervision.
Education:
Verifiable High School Diploma/GED
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
