The Summer 2025 program will run May 28th - August 8th, 2025.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
The hourly rate is $23/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.

Our summer internship roles will vary based on the team you are assigned to work with. Our internship roles provide you with real work experience within Human Resource and you are aligned to projects that you may lead or contribute to. Examples of past internship work include developing talent acquisition strategies, colleague annual satisfaction survey results analysis and action planning, talent calibration, talent development, talent acquisition, diversity recruiting, analytics, employee engagement, payroll and tax.
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1
Required Qualifications
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
Have a willingness to work out of the Hartford, CT office
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or work experience supporting the Human Resources functions of an organization or group area. Examples include recruiting, interviewing, benefits, training, or strategic planning
Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration experience
An interest in obtaining a full-time position within the CVS Health HR Leadership Development Program upon graduation
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and June 2026
Have a major relevant to the position such as Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Sociology and/or have a minor or concentration in Human Resources.
This role is expected to be unposted before November 15th.
