• Defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, aligning them with business goals, value impact, and customer needs.
• Advocates for the digital product portfolio internally, working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develops detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process.
• Executes the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Analyzes and shares product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product iterations.
• Researches market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives.
• Delivers product updates, enhancements, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Communicates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to drive product excellence.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
• 5+ years applicable product management experience
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
• Mastery of collaboration and teamwork
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Mastery of business intelligence common value frameworks and understanding of latest visualization platforms
• Mastery of end to end technical product development and management lifecycle
• Mastery of stakeholder management
• Mastery of storytelling using analyticsPreferred Qualifications
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred
• Proven track record for 0-1 product management, and 0-100 maintenance optimization
• Deep experience with SQL, Python, and/or other advances analytics tools
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
