This role will be full-time remote, located in the NE United states with travel to one of the CVS Health or Aetna offices in: Hartford, CT; NYC or Wellesley, MA approximately 1x/month.Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, business analytics, financial analysis, public policy, product development, or similar role(s)
5+ years of experience in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions
3+ years of experience in healthcare payor, Medicare, Medicaid or provider consulting experience
3+ years' experience presenting to Executives, demonstrating ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
3+ years' experience working thru ambiguity, with the ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
3+ years' experience working in a matrixed environment, managing competing priorities while juggling and prioritizing concurrent projects effectively
2+ years' experience demonstrating the ability to "manage up", influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title
2+ years' experience and / or working knowledge of health plans and payers

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
