    Position summary

    ludes oversight and management of the monthly results analysis, quarterly forecasting and annual budget and long-range planning. In addition, you will be responsible for the overall coordination with both finance and business stakeholders.Required Qualifications

    • 10 or more years of financial analysis experience
    • 2 or more years of managing, mentoring, and developing an FP&A team
    • Proficient in MS tools, including excel and PowerPoint
    • Adept to collaboration and working in teams
    • Proven ability of problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 5%

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of CVS systems
    • Experience in a PBM

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
