To be successful, you should possess:
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in managed care, which may include pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical market access, formulary and rebate strategy setting, or financial strategy
Demonstrated knowledge of corporate financial concepts (P&L management, budget development, variance analysis, etc)
Demonstrated ability to understand complex data sets and to analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions, with a strong emphasis on translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Advanced capabilities using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience with a financial strategy focus in pharmacy benefit management, prescription drug rebates, and/or formulary strategies
3+ years people management experience, directly leading other professionals

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
