In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
2+ years of healthcare law experience.
Admitted to practice in at least one state and in good standing.
Ability to travel up to 5%.Preferred Qualifications
In-house Counsel Certification (ICC) preferred.
In depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations and industry standards governing the provision of healthcare.
Experience working with state and federal government agencies.
Healthcare laws and regulations including for example, ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, AWP/parity, pharmacy and/or mental health parity.
Experience working with PBMs and/or the pharmacy division of a health plan and/or with health plans.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
