A successful candidate must be able to plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow and work activities to achieve the department quality and service level goals. Success in this role will be driven by the success of your team in their goals. Healthcare industry knowledge, staff development and process improvement skills will also contribute to success. Integrated Accumulations is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high volumes, so the ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you make will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and by delivering strong operational processes with effectiveness and efficiency.

    To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:

    • Ability to deliver results, strong customer focus, and proven leadership abilities

    • Strong technical skills; project management tools, PowerPoint, word/excel

    • Ability to analyze and provide resolution to complex business and process issues

    • Ability to collaborate and partner with leaders across the PBM and medical partners to guide resolution to issues and requests

    • Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, and diverse organization

    • Skilled in focusing on desired results, determining and prioritizing what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and guiding team effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results

    • Ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards including honesty, integrity, dedication

    • Ability to use Microsoft Suite of products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project, etc.

    • Ability to operate in a highly complex, matrix, and fast changing environment. This includes leading a team of up to 8 resources through situations that will not be predictable

    Required Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of previous leadership experience displaying strong skills/competencies to establish positive environment and support employee career development

    • 2 years of experience within the PBM or Managed Care fields

    • PBM Adjudication System knowledge

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with the RxClaim Adjudication System

    • Experience driving root cause analysis of issues

    • Experience with pharmacy benefit management integrated accumulations

    • Experience working directly with internal partners at all levels (may include benefits, testing, account management, etc.)

    • Experience supporting and adapting to organizational change


    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $60,300.00 - $130,000.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
