As a member of the Retail Pharmacy Product Development organization, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and management of current and new programs at CVS. You will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to demonstrate value of CVS Pharmacy programs, find new avenues of script and margin growth, experiment with and implement new program interventions. You will enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering a product roadmap to improve the patient experience across retail assets and channels, initial incubation of new potential solutions, driving several pilots to prove value and feasibility, as well as scaling solutions while coordinating cross-functional teams to do so. Analysis of information and data analytics to develop appropriate solutions and the subsequent collaboration across teams to develop strategies needed to implement new technology, processes and channels will be critical functions of this role.
The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, detail oriented, and very organized. This person will be adept at performing analytics to distill background information and detailed content to define solutions for new business scenarios and portfolio growth while optimizing patient experience. They will have strengths in communicating and influencing partner teams within the department as well as external stakeholders to adopt recommendations. In addition, this colleague will be comfortable communicating relevant updates to senior leaders. This individual must be able to use knowledge of business operations and quantitative analysis to apply to new business scenarios and strategy for portfolio growth and roll-out. In this role, you will:
Maintain, manage, and oversee existing retail adherence program operations with consideration to field support, accurate reporting, and conflict resolution.
Ideate and develop new business processes, from beginning to end, including testing, design, piloting, and deployment strategy
Conduct experiments and improve performance and efficiencies for CVS' largest existing programs
Present a "story" that summarizes findings across several initiatives, creates specific recommendations, and reports progress updates for senior leadership
Provide actionable analyses with advanced statistical concepts and strategic recommendations to solve business problems
Recommend and implement processes that support quantitative and qualitative analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., experimentation, IT, measurements) to develop new program ideas, and interventions to improve script and margin growth for CVS
OR 2+ years of experience post MBA
OR 2+ years of consulting experience
Communication and presentation skills in large groups and with senior leaders
Strong curiosity to explore and uncover hidden relationships in data, and a dedicated desire to translate findings into actionable business insights
Experience in strategic planning and program and project management
1+ years of experience with SQL
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
