    Position summary

    nducting training, you will work with the plan sponsor sales force across the nation and benefit team members educating them on the products and assets we offer. Additionally, you will help them understand the competitive landscape of our footprint nationally and within the local markets.Required Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years in the healthcare industry, sales, customer service experience
    • Have a basic understanding of the Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) industry
    • Hold an active health insurance license in their resident state or become licensed within 90 days of employment
    • Be willing to travel to visit the plan sponsor sales offices across the nation - 15-20% travel annually
    • Proficient in creating and conducting formal presentations, in-person or virtually
    • Possess product knowledge of medical, dental, and vision
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, Pivot TablesEducation:
      Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)Anticipated Weekly Hours

    The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
