    Position Summary

    As a Senior Marketing Manager for the PBM Member & Patient Experience team, you will be addressing the needs of our members and patients by developing and executing omnichannel communication strategies that influence positive health outcomes for our members and patients and drive behavior to digitally engage. Specifically, you will be directly supporting driving improvements to the communication strategy for key experiences and moments that matter to our members to help provide better education around pharmacy benefits.

    The Senior Marketing Manager requires a consumer-obsessed mindset with ability to understand the member journey, digest & interpret data and research, and help with the development and execution of integrated communication strategies. This role is best suited for someone who is collaborative in nature and highly adaptable, demonstrates strong strategic problem-solving skills, is naturally curious and has experience working across highly matrixed organizations with a variety of business partners and senior leaders. This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage large, multi-faceted projects and a deep knowledge of B2C and B2B2C communication strategy development and execution. Your success will be measured by increased member satisfaction and NPS, reduced cost of service, and increased digital adoption.

    Primary responsibilities including, but not limited to:

    • Synthesize member insights, campaign data, research to help shape strategic communications

    • Support evaluation of end-to-end member experience related to each communication and determine opportunities to integrate digital channels

    • Cross functional collaboration on campaign development and delivery, including creative, analytics, digital, product, clinical, operations and legal, and external agency partners

    • Provide feedback on creative execution and marketing activations to ensure the results are delivering on goals and KPIs

    • Support research to test optimized member communications and establish benchmarks

    This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) at one our Corporate Hubs: Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley, MA; New York, NY; Hartford, CT; Chicago, IL.

    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years' experience in a marketing related field

    • 5+ years' experience supporting B2C and B2B2C campaign strategies, integrated marketing plans, and communication development

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strategic and analytic thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to look into details while keeping in mind the strategy in place

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences

    • Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization

    • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects

    • Analytically comfortable interpreting data; ability to summarize member insights, campaign data, research and communicate insights and opportunity areas

    • Healthcare experience or experience or other regulated industry experience

    • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $82,940.00 - $199,144.80

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
