    • Project Management: Responsible for managing project work, enhancement requests and questions for our web application portfolio. Promote Agile processes and methodologies in support of this work.
    • Business Analysis: Responsible for analysis and documentation, both technical and functional, for the web application portfolio.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions with their expectations.

    In this fast-paced environment, the candidate will have opportunities to work with a wide variety of Medicare business areas and applications. Within the team, the candidate will interact with skilled analysts and technical partners.Location can be anywhere in the U.S.Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 or more years of healthcare, health insurance or a relevant combination of experience
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering on projects
    • Experience with writing and executing SQL queries
    • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe concepts as well as familiarity with Agile tools such as Rally
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing effectually, and meeting deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across business areas
    • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
    • Ability to understand complex systems and solve challenging analytical problems.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Stars
    • Understanding and use of ServiceNow, Rally, JIRA, IRT processes

    The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
