    What you will do

    • Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Account Management initiatives.

    • Work with Account Executives to maintain high service standards to grow & retain membership in an assigned book of business.

    • Forecasts changes within the Account Management industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.

    • Ensures appropriate margins and customer/membership retention targets are achieved through the renewal process.

    • Coaches clients on addressing regulatory issues and health care trends with potential impact on client benefit program strategy.

    • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

    Required Qualifications

    • Health Insurance License within 90 days of start.

    • 4 - 6 years of Account Management Experience with complex National Accounts.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Account Management Experience

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

    The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
