The primary function is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new infusion patients to CVS Specialty and Coram. This position requires a working knowledge of insurance, health care, processing of new referrals, providing customer education, and routine assessment and problem identification.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum two years experience in customer service
    • Minimum two years experience in healthcare
    • Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
      *Insurance terminology

      *Experience working in fast pace queues
      *Experience working with leaders not on site
      *Excellent Multi-tasking skills
      *Call Center experience

    Shift:

    Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
    Some OT if support is needed
    1-2 On-call weekends a month

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $17.00 - $28.46

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
