    Position summary

    ike to join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, on our multifaceted Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Strategic Initiatives team? This high impact, high visibility individual contributor role is critical to supporting our 250-person cross-functional department as CVS Health continues expanding in the healthcare and PBM industry.

    As a Sr. Analyst in the Client Financial Analysis Organization, you will have the opportunity to lead a wide variety of exciting change management initiatives ranging from PBM essentials to systems-based technical training. You will utilize your skills in facilitation, written and verbal communication, audience-specific content creation, stakeholder management, creative problem solving, and technical knowledge to lead and support the department's cross-functional colleagues through a centralized onboarding program and additional product training / change management workstreams.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Creating curriculum, engaging content, and creative solutions for adult learners

    • Proactively collaborating with business partners, subject matter experts, and team members to develop virtual instructor-led training and on demand e-learning

    • Identifying and aligning learning goals, objectives, and competencies

    • Managing and maintaining projects, including communication with leadership and partners across multiple business areas

    • Welcoming and facilitating engaging onboarding sessions for new colleagues

    • Partnering to ensure appropriate and intuitive training materials are prepared for our internal end users as products / enhancements launch

    • Drafting and circulating inclusive department-wide communications, such as newsletters and change management cascade, keeping the full audience top of mind

    • Collaborating with partners to maintain the existing library of training resources and job aids to ensure they're effective, relevant, and intuitive to locate

    • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and recommending changes

    • Strategic short-term and long-term change management roadmap / work plan development

    • Performing other duties as assigned or determined by business needs

    Required Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience at a healthcare company / corporate role with success dependent on cross-functional partnerships or colleague satisfaction

    • 1+ years of experience facilitating or leading meetings for large, diverse audiences

    • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite for creativity, productivity, and to drive collaboration - including Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of PBM business, managed care, or prescription drug industry

    • Experience with instructional design/technology, adult learning strategy, curriculum development, or talent development

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Experience facilitating web-based training and conducting train-the-trainer sessions.

    • Knowledge of interactive tools to facilitate engaging learning sessions (e.g., polling)

    • Proficiency with industry standard design and e-learning authoring software (Articulate Storyline preferred, Camtasia)

    • Experience utilizing various Learning Management Systems (Saba preferred)

    • Excellent relationship management and experience working within a complex organizational environment

    • Experience with various training approaches (e.g., asynchronous, blended, hybrid)

    • Experience with effective change management and collecting post-implementation feedback for continuous improvement / iteration

    High school / GED or equivalent experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $43,700.00 - $102,000.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
