    Position summary

    S Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Customer Reporting group as a Manager, within the ECD Reporting team. CVS Health strives to continuously innovate around how we report and analyze data to deliver enhanced insights, improved operational efficiency, and outstanding customer service.

    You will be responsible for standard and ad-hoc client and regulatory reporting. You will continuously improve quality control and accuracy of reported data, increase reporting efficiency, and look for ways to further automate Compliance Pharmacy Payments reporting activities. You will mentor teammates on technical and business aspects of the reporting.

    You will report to the Sr. Reporting Manager within the PBM Reporting team.

    • Build relationships with Encounter Operations by providing reporting leadership representation.
    • Proactively lead reporting & automation activities, tracking completion of action items, resolving issues, and mitigating risk
    • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the deliverables, applying high standards for quality control to all reporting and analytic work. Ensure consistent and clear documentation for production-ready reporting solutions.
    • Reviewing Client Requests with internal partners to translate them into clear business requirements.
    • Coach the junior members of the team to understand business processes and how data are stored in EDW and support the translation of end user needs into clear business requirements and technical specifications. Rapidly deliver solutions, using agile methods.
    • Handle, communicate, and escalate issues (as needed) in a timely manner so as not to impact delivery
    • Continuously evaluate/evolve processes, best practices, and tools around data, reporting, and automation.
    • Lead by example to inspire a positive attitude, engagement, and professional growth.
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience leading analytics / reporting / automation initiatives
    • 5+ years of SQL/SAS experience
    • 5+ years of EDW/Teradata experience
    • 4+ years of Linux experience
    • 3+ years of experience in using visualization / automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, R, Python, RPA tools)
    • 2+ years of experience mentoring others

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Google Cloud or AWS platforms

    • Experience with implementation and migration of automation to cloud platforms

    • Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services

    • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Thinking and Six Sigma

    • Experience working with IT partners to deploy production-level reporting solutions

    • Proven ability to work in the agile environment

    • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications

    • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

    Education

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
