Pharmacy Technician - Materials - Part Time

g and/or packing of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures. May work in any of the assigned functions: cold packing, Single bagging, Control room and Bulk packing.

Performs duties related to the process of all receiving and replenishment of product through the facility to include direct and wholesaler products as well as supplies of inventory.

Performs functions related to the receipt of material including the loading and unloading of trucks, matching the manifest to received material. Utilizes RF devices as well as operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to receive material. Works with IC's on receiving variances (shortages & overages) and exceptions (damages & expirations). Processes incoming transfers and works with Inventory Coordinator/Sr. Tech Materials on vendor returns. Ensures the warehouse area is clean and well organized.It's critical that you are know how to use a 10 key pad and can lift 40 pounds. As a Pharmacy Technician in the backend you will be standing for the length of your shift. Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff is also required.Required Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance

• Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed

• Colleague will be required to travel when needed

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 40 pounds

• Active pharmacy technician license from the state of TX.

• Similar work experience, in an environment which features objectives for both quantity (production) and quality.

-Must be able to maintain a focus on work, to meet production requirements, without compromising qualityPreferred Qualifications

• Formal Pharmacy Technician training

The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $26.21This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
